I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains and surrounded by beautiful nature. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and warm welcome drink provided by the staff. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The spa had a tranquil ambiance, with soothing music and candles creating a calming atmosphere. The restaurant at this place was fantastic, offering a great selection of wines and a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of fresh pastries, bread, and organic juices.
In terms of improvement, I found that the menu at the restaurant was limited to just a few dishes that did not change during my stay. However, despite this minor drawback, I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location was perfect for a new year getaway, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering amazing views of the mountains. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the kitchen staff was very professional. We also enjoyed the luxurious wellness facilities, including a sauna and relaxing area.
We found the extra services to be very expensive, such as the daily rate for pets and the cost of breakfast in the room. we noticed that there was no machine for heating water in the room for tea.

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the hills and forests from all rooms. The spa and restaurant are amazing, with luxurious wellness services and a delicious kitchen led by a very professional manager. There is a great selection of wines and a nice variety of food, including organic juices. Moreover, the staff is super friendly and attentive to clients' needs.
I found some negative aspects of the hotel, such as the room size being on the smaller side and the lack of a machine for heating water in the room for tea. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work on our floor and the shelf above the bed had dust on it. Finally, the sport activities, daily rate for pets, and breakfast in the room were expensive.
